The future is up to us and always have been up to us. But we always like to depend on our government to provide us with the truth and resources we need to make it possible. We all know the fossil fuels we use as of today is big business, and to convert to renewable energy will hurt a lot of wealthy people pockets. So how can we move forward when so many in power rely on the profits of fossil fuels. The answer is us, it’s always been us, we empower the corporations, we empower the economy. Without us, there is no them. We are the ones who create the profits for these corporations while we live check to check. The revolution has started for renewable energy and it’s time to take back control of our time, money, and resources. In order to make this possible we have to realize we have the power to make it a possibility. Not those who dictate how we live our lives and how we should raise our children. Imagine if everyone who worked at amazon just suddenly walked off the job. First thing people would think is how are they going to pay for their bills, how would they be able to take care of their families? But the truth is how would amazon stay in business? Without us there is no amazon, or any business. We have the power, we have the control but as long as they keep us feeling dependent and powerless it will never change. But only get worst, and those in power will continue to use unnecessary resources to the brink of destruction. Us as humans beings get so caught up in our daily lives to work and support our families, we tend to become unconcerned with something that is not a immediate threat or discomfort. All that does is help those in power to keep us ignorant to the power we possess, to provide a better way of life for our families and renewable energy for our planet. But hey, most people just don’t care, or think it’s not possible. Thats because all they care about are themselves and what you can do for them. The time is now for us to come together and start to outnumber those with no concern for a better way of life for our children and planet. I created this website to give those in search a direction to head in. So, let’s band together and make it a reality. let’s start…. CHARGING FORAWRD.
I agree with Friedman that the future of work is about the rise of the knowledge worker. However, I think he underestimates the role that robots will play in the future of work. Robots are already being used to automate many tasks that were once done by humans, and this trend is only going to continue.
How can we ensure that the rise of the knowledge worker and the increasing use of robots do not lead to widespread unemployment? What are the skills that knowledge workers will need to succeed in the future?
that would really depend on us as people coming together during these times. The more divided we are the more success they will have in this increasing use of robots but honestly, I would like to purchase a robot to work for me lol, he goes to the 9 t0 5 while I have freedom. sure, why not.
